This new site is now ready to be stuffed with data and information to help you get the best out of CaterBook.

As with any software system, it is a tool to achieve results. Because a lot of the system is automated, it works well as a method of securing bookings on a hotel website and generating booking records with the paperwork and financial records associated with it.

But CaterBook can do so much more; Marketing data, customer information, channel management, telephone monitoring, epos communication… the list goes on.

The big issue is how relevant are these extended functionalities to you and how can you benefit from the methods that are suitable for you.

Hopefully our new ‘CaterWiki’ encyclopaedia will answer these questions…
